As professional certified coach with experience in humanitarain leadership and NGOs, I support NGO leaders or humanitarian leaders with leadership coaching / executive coaching with the aim to become a succesful leader.

Working as a senior leader, country director, Head of Mission or CEO is a responsible and important job, you are a role model, giving direction, responsible for results, but you will also face many challenges. Leading a mission and a team in a humanitarian context or international development has its own challenges. It can be tough, in a complex, challenging environment, where you deal with insecurity, bureaucracy, uncertainty in an ever-changing environment. There can be a high workload, deadlines, high demands, and limited resources. As a leader you want to motivate your team, to influence, reach results, develop a high performing team, facilitate change, with the aim to contribute to a better life for people in the country you work.

As a certified coach I will support you by listening, without judgement, asking you powerful questions, help you to self-reflect, to gain self-awareness, find the resources within yourself and understand your own competencies , help to understand how you are perceived by others, explore different perspectives, find answers to your questions, inspire and energize, identify and clarify your goals, identify appropriate action steps to reach those goals, increase self confidence, develop leadership skills and enjoy the role of being an effective leader.

Once you make changes as a leader, it will have effect on your team, the organisation, and the external environment. Your team will become more engaged and motivated, be empowered, take ownership, and reach results.

I offer a package of 8 online sessions of 60 minutes each for a total of 1150 Euro (including 21% VAT) over a period of four to eight months. In between I will be available online. Of course this package, with number of sessions and frequency can be adjusted. During a coaching discovery session, we will discuss your needs, what you want to achive with coaching and based on the discussion and your input, I will offer a tailored coaching package, adjusted to your specific needs.
